Dessau buys Laboratoires SL

Dessau of Montreal has announced the acquisition of the Laboratoires SL. Jean-Pierre Sauriel of Dessau said that the acquisition will enlarge their services in the geotechnical, environmental and material engineering fields, operating in the region of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.
Laboratoires SL was founded in Saint-Felicien in 1976 and has 55 employees.
It will be integrated with LVM-Technisol within Dessau
