After just a year on the job, Jeff Morrison has resigned his position as president and chief operating officer of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies-Canada (ACEC). He is leaving “to pursue new opportunities more in line with his personal interests.”
The board and members of ACEC thanked Mr. Morrison and wished him “the best in what will no doubt be a long and successful career.”
ACEC Chair Andy Robinson said a transition team is already working on short and term and long term succession plans.
Morrison took over from Claude Paul Boivin, who left in the spring of 2008.
