The acquisition of Irwinconsult, a 210-employee Australian engineering company increases WSP's presence in the property and buildings sector.

WSP Global Inc. has acquired Irwinconsult, a 210-employee Australian engineering company specializing in property and buildings. Founded in 1953, Irwinconsult’s services range from civil, structural and building services engineering through facade, traffic, transport & parking, waste management and building certification.

The Irwinconsult acquisition, aligned with WSP’s 2015-2018 Strategic Plan, will bolster the firm’s presence in Australia by increasing its expertise in property and buildings.
