TMP announces new associates

The Mitchell Partnership (TMP), a Toronto-based mechanical engineering firm, has welcomed five new associates.

Sabah Al-Hussein joins with more than 18 years of experience leading the design development of mechanical engineering services for building projects. He provides oversight, planning, engineering design, cost control and monitoring, along with construction administration services, for residential, health-care, industrial, commercial, data centre, and institutional projects.

Vic Reyes is a designer who has used Autodesk Revit software to help develop a solid understanding of building mechanical systems, including office towers, multi-use developments, casinos and hospitals. At TMP, he provides building information modelling (BIM) software training and collaborates with the mechanical production team to ensure project deadlines are met.

Jeet Sandhu is a field representative with extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, architectural and general construction for commercial, institutional and tenant projects. He works to ensure projects is delivered cost-effectively and on schedule.

Gary Smith manages TMP’s computer-aided design (CAD) team as a leader and mentor. He is proficient in using the technology to design commercial, institutional and health-care projects.

Finally, Franki Yu manages TMP’s retail production department. He specializes in using CAD programs to combine the visions of the engineer and the architect to create a functional, efficient mechanical floor plan and rendering for a commercial building.
