Team selected for healthcare P3 project in Newfoundland
Companies & People Newfoundland P3 WSPThe Newfoundland and Labrador Healthcare Partners team was selected to design, build, finance and maintain the Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor Care Homes project.
The government of Newfoundland and Labrador has selected the team of Newfoundland and Labrador Healthcare Partners to design, build, finance and maintain the Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor Care Homes project.
The P3 project comprises two facilities, one in Gander and one in Grand Falls-Windsor, that will each provide 60 long-term care beds. The Gander facility will be designed and constructed with the potential for future expansion of approximately 105 additional beds.
Construction on both projects will begin this year.
