Stantec acquiring Ontario’s True Grit Engineering

Continuing to grow through acquisition, Stantec has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire True Grit Engineering, an infrastructure engineering, project management and planning, and environmental services firm that’s based in Thunder Bay, Ont., with regional offices in Sioux Lookout and Welland.
Some of True Grit’s notable projects include northern remediation work, design-builds, total project management, highway design, major development permitting, and approvals.

The True Grit Engineering acquisition is expected to close in Q4 2018.
