New promotions at TMP in Toronto

The Mitchell Partnership (TMP) in Toronto has announced the company’s newest senior associate along with three new associates with the firm.

Mitch Kooistra

TMP’s new senior associate is Mitch Kooistra, P.Eng.,  who has eight years of design experience and has led a wide range of projects including, sports and recreation facilities, retail and shopping centres, luxury hotels renovations, mechanical plant overhauls and upgrades, and facility audits. Kooistra also has experience with office tower base building and tenant work, condominium tower and low-rise residential work, and controls auditing. Drawing on his well-rounded experience, he offers design expertise to provide feasible and client focused solutions.

The firm’s new associates include:

Carlo Giancola

Carlo Giancola, P.Eng., who has experience with base building and tenant fitout projects specializing in commercial, retail, healthcare, and residential buildings. Giancola is passionate about teamwork and is focused on meeting the project requirements to achieve optimal performance.

Joe Kunkel

Joe Kunkel collaborates with TMP’s clients on a variety of projects, including data centres, casinos, and commercial office buildings. Kunkel enjoys working with the project team to achieve innovative solutions for complex projects.

Sam Waterman

Sam Waterman, P.Eng., has developed a strong mechanical building services design background, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, data center, transit, and institutional building projects. He enjoys working on large multidisciplinary projects to provide the best possible solutions to complex designs.
