In Vancouver, B.C., Levelton Consultants has acquired Sabatini Earth Technologies of Alberta.
Sabatini was established in 1987 and provides geotechnical, environmental sciences, hydrogeology, materials testing and laboratory services to a range of public and private sector clients. It has a staff of 35 people.
The acquisition will augment Levelton’s current capabilities in Alberta, which are in air quality and environmental services.
Overall management of the combined Alberta operations will be handled by Oliver Gepraegs, who has been managing operations in Calgary since 2009. Armando Abello will manage Levelton’s new Edmonton office, while Paul Sabatini, Ken Hugo, Andrew Kortynski and Enrico Lopez will continue to be part of the leadership team.
Levelton was established in Vancouver in1966 and has over 200 staff.
