Enter Now: 51st annual Canadian Consulting Engineering Awards

It's time to begin preparing your entries for Canada’s most prestigious awards for consulting engineering projects.

The entry process for the 2019 Canadian Consulting Engineering Awards/Prix canadiens du génie-conseil has opened.

Celebrating its 51st year, the CCE Awards program is presented by the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies-Canada (ACEC) and Canadian Consulting Engineer magazine.

All ACEC-member firms across the country are invited to take part in Canada’s most prestigious Awards for engineering projects. The program allows consulting engineering firms from coast to coast to enjoy an unequalled opportunity to gain national recognition for their firm and employees.

To enter this year’s Awards, projects must have been completed between January 2016 and December 2018.

The first stage of the three-stage entry process, the Notices of Intention to Enter forms and entry fee, are due March 19th, 2019.

Entries are invited in English or French.

An independent jury will select up to 20 Awards of Excellence and Five Special Awards from all of the entries, including the highest honour, the Schreyer Award, selected by as the best overall project.

Angus

HH Angus & Associates, winners of the Schreyer Award at the 2018 Canadian Consulting Engineering Awards for the mechanical, electrical and security work the Toronto-based firm did on the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montreal (CHUM).

Last year the competition received 66 entries, with the top prizes handed out at a Gala Dinner in Ottawa. The 2018 Schreyer Award was presented to HH Angus and Associates for its work on the Centre hospitalier de l’université de Montreal (CHUM).
