Jeffrey Stephenson has joined Halsall Associates’ Toronto office as managing principal, structural engineering. He has 20 years’ expertise, including managing infrastructure developments across southern Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area.
At Excelsior Engineering in Calgary, Peter Nickerson has been appointed as the new chief executive officer. He has 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry and will help lead Excelsior’s efforts to enter the EPC market.
