CarbonCure Named in the 2017 Global Cleantech Top 100

CarbonCure Technologies, the Nova Scotia-based company with retrofit technology that chemically sequesters waste carbon dioxide during the concrete manufacturing process, has been named in the 2017 Global Cleantech 100 for the second time, representing innovative and promising ideas impacting the future of a wide-range of industries. The company made the list again during a year when a record number of nominations were received, 9,900 distinct companies from 77 countries.

“We are honoured to receive this award for the second year in a row. We are proud to be leading the industry with our solution that is available today for concrete producers to sequester waste CO2 to make concrete both greener and stronger,” said Robert Niven, CarbonCure’s CEO and founder, in a company release.
