AECOM appoints new general manager of civil construction and mining

Bob Leonetti, AECOM.
AECOM has named Bob Leonetti as general manager of its civil construction and mining (CCM) business unit, which falls under AECOM’s construction services group. Leonetti is now responsible for the strategic advancement of the unit’s financial growth expectations and implementation of integrated solutions. He has over 35 years of professional experience in both the private and public sectors, where he has held leadership positions at large civil construction firms across the U.S. including most recently with Granite Construction in Watsonville, Ca. He also held the position of deputy manager, transportation division at URS Corporation – an AECOM legacy company.
He has a degree in Urban and Environmental Sciences from Roger Williams University and a Master of Science degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College. He will be based in New York City and Denver.
