You can use any shipping company you prefer. Ensure your onsite staff are aware of the shipping company you have booked so that if your packages have not arrived, they are able to track and find the shipment.
Note: you must notify show organizers by September 9 if you are shipping something large as there are restrictions on the show floor for heavy or large equipment or anything above and beyond the 6ft by 3ft space. Large items that arrive at the hotel that are not pre-approved may be turned away upon delivery.
You must notify the Westin Ottawa in advance of your shipment by completing the Westin Ottawa Package Handling forms
and sending forms to:

Return shipment pick-ups should be pre-arranged for
Monday, October 24, 2016 from 4pm -6pm, directly from the Westin Ottawa, Governor General Ballroom 1.
Exhibitors are responsible for pre-arranging return shipments. Exhibitors should bring waybills and return shipping paperwork with them. Any shipments left at the venue on may be subject to material handling fees and storage fees from the venue until return shipping is arranged.
A certificate of insurance is required of all Exhibitors. Use our handy requirement sheet below. Send this to your insurance provider today. Most insurance providers will draft your certificate at no charge. If you need to purchase insurance, see link below from exhibitorinsurance.com ($159 automatically purchased online) or PAL Insurance ($97.20 must fill in PDF and email or fax to them).
