Poly-Mor’s unique technology in the use of an array of expanding polymer resin systems to:
(a) Void-filling (rocking warehouse floor panels; sink holes; culvert abandonment; etc.); (b) Slab-lifting – any non-structural settled concrete slab-on-grade structures; (c) Soils Stabilization – stabilize weak base soils at depth to increase bearing capacity of the base soils; (d) Foundation Lifting – lift/stabilize settled non-piled foundations; (e) Leak-Seal (mitigate water infiltration/exfiltration in manholes and catch basins); (f) Reinforced Polymer Base applied over perma-frost and other weak soils – providing a structural base with high thermal characteristics and vapor barrier all in one; (g) Polymer Piles (for shoring systems in granular soils, liquifaction mitigation, etc.); and (h) retro-fitting hollow core block walls to strengthen them against seismic activity.
