EPOCH Environmental Consulting Limited has been providing Hazardous Material Consulting services (HMC) to various clients in the private, municipal, and provincial building industries since 1994. With over 22 years experience, EPOCH has assisted many private homeowners, residential developers, property managers, municipal and provincial regulators including WorkSafeBC, and municipal and provincial public facilities with their requests. Our company meets the definition of a “Qualified Person” as per OHS regulation Part G6.6-1 of the Workers’ Compensation Board of British Columbia. All of our field technicians are trained in conducting Hazardous Materials Inspections (HMI) and testing. Our affiliate lab, Epoch Analytical Inc, is NVLAP and CALA accredited for bulk and air asbestos analysis.
