Livestock worse than buildings

Worldwatch Institute report that the environmental impact of animals raised for food has been vastly underestimated. They say livestock and their byproducts account for 51% of annual worldwide greenhouse gas emissions.

According to the World Green Building Council, buildings account for 40% of greenhouse gas emissions.
