Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) has announced it will give free green building registration and certification to building projects done for charity, such as Habitat for Humanity. A project in Manitoba, the Sir Sam Steele project of 32 Habitat for Humanity homes, is the first to take advantage of the new Affordable Green Housing Program.
