Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) has announced it will give free green building registration and certification to building projects done for charity, such as Habitat for Humanity. A project in Manitoba, the Sir Sam Steele project of 32 Habitat for Humanity homes, is the first to take advantage of the new Affordable Green Housing Program.
The CaGBC program will make 100 opportunities available in the first year. Click here for more details.
