The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) is now working with a division of Thomson Reuters called Techstreet to make its standards, documents and research information more easily available and searchable over the web.
Techstreet designed the architecture for the digital “store” and is hosting it at http://ashrae.org/bookstore The site also includes a “huge collection” of third-party codes, standards and HVAC&R books.
Techstreet uses the web to market industry codes and standards to engineers worldwide. It has more than 500,000 documents on its database.
