London industrial controls specialist company expands into Texas

JMP Engineering, a London, Ontario company that specializes in integrating automation systems and controls for manufacturers, has expanded into San Antonio, Texas. JMP acquired Leading Edge Controls of San Antonio in November. The move will help JMP serve its established clients, especially Toyota, which is opening a new 2,000-acre truck manufacturing plant later this year.
JMP also has an office in Michigan and several throughout Ontario. It works in the automotive, food, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, cement, metals and environmental fields.
