Why is My Smartphone Making me Look Dumb?

Clear communication is the foundation of every successful relationship.  However, setting this foundation has also been a challenge for generations.  This effort has taken on significantly greater complexity with the advent of social media and smart phones.  Accordingly, appropriate communications etiquette and protocol are more important than ever before.

Darren’s interactive session will focus on the good, the bad and the ugly of interpersonal communications in 2015.  At the end of this session, participants will understand the essence of appropriate communications etiquette and why it matters.
