ACEC-BC: What you Need to Know about Quality Management

This seminar is a practical guide to project quality management that will explain the basic obligations for professionals working in consulting engineering.  It will provide exercises to demonstrate how those obligations may be met.  It will help you understand why quality management procedures are implemented and the risks they address.
