ACEC-BC Event: 2016 ACEC-BC Golf Tournament (Vancouver)

The 16th Annual Golf Tournament will take place on the Ridge Course at the Northview Golf & Country Club in Surrey. Registration includes a BBQ lunch, buffet dinner, green fees, power carts, range balls and prizes.

We’re building on the FUN from last year’s successful tournament with more activities and prizes!

ACEC-BC encourages members to consider extending an invitation to your clients, your local MLA, City Councilors and other business relations to the tournament. If you require a letter on ACEC-BC’s behalf, please indicate this request on the Registration Form (available Mar. 14 and onwards) and email it back to Lia, lia@acec-bc.ca.

NEW ACTIVITY! Instant Wine Cellar Draw:

How to Play: Bring 1 (or more) bottles of wine to the registration desk on the day and we will give you 1 ticket (per bottle) to enter into a draw. During dinner, we will draw 1 ticket, and that lucky winner will walk away with all bottles collected at the tournament.

Imagine arriving home with enough wine to fill up a Wine Cellar!

Forgot to bring your bottle? That’s ok – we’ll be selling tickets at $20 each, and our security wine team will visit a nearby liquor store and pick up a bottle to include into the draw.

Cost:

Foursome*: $995 + GST
Individual**: $275 + GST
Dinner Only: $60 + GST

*Limit of 4 foursome registrations per company.
**Individual golfers will be assigned to foursomes by ACEC-BC.

Dress Code:

Dress Code will be enforced at all times on the golf course and practice facility. This includes soft sole shoes or soft spikes only, NO FLIP FLOPS or DENIM, men are required to wear a collar shirt, women shirts without sleeves must have a collar, women’s shirts with sleeves do not require a collar.

Image Consent: Photography and video will be taken to document the event and to be used in future promotional materials. If you do not want your image to be recorded, please contact our office at 604-687-2811 ext. 4 or lia@acec-bc.ca.

Payment is non-refundable for cancellations made within 5 business days of the event, or non-attendance on the day.
