Green Building/LEED/Energy Modeling Services

Esri Canada provides enterprise geographic information system (GIS) solutions that empower organizations to make timely, informed decisions by leveraging the power of geography. Architects, engineers and construction professionals worldwide use Esri technology for efficient data integration and visualization, modelling, site analysis, infrastructure management, building information management (BIM), permitting and work management.

Visualizing assets and the surrounding environment when you build, upgrade and repair infrastructure helps you prioritize your work. Using dynamic Web maps, you can keep everyone - from the project team and government officials to field staff and the public - abreast of the project.

GIS improves the entire infrastructure lifecycle, from planning and site location, predesign analysis, infrastructure design, construction management, data collection and as-built surveying to operations and maintenance. The technology allows you to create a common operational picture to support asset management, capital planning, permitting, operational awareness, mobile operations, water/wastewater management and emergency response.

Headquartered in Toronto, Esri Canada serves over 10,000 customers from 16 regional offices across Canada.

Energy modeling is a key tool for facility design, life cycle costing and building performance over its life. Our in-house energy modeling permits us to analyze the impact of various building envelope and system options during design.
