New head of international activities at Marshall Macklin Monaghan

Marshall Macklin Monaghan, consulting engineers of Toronto, have appointed a new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MMM International Ltd.
J. Hugh O’Donnell will be responsible for coordinating MMM’s international activities and expanding the firm’s international practice. He will be based in Ottawa, a city where MMM is establishing an expanded presence.
Mr. O’Donnell is a graduate of Universite Laval and a member of the Order of Quebec Land Surveyors. He served most recently as president of the Canadian Commercial Corporation.
Bruce Bodden, President and Chief Executive Officer of Marshall Macklin Monaghan and the MMM Group of Companies made the announcement.
