The American Society of Civil Engineers has just published a book entitled “Changing Our World: True Stories of Women Engineers.”
Written by Sybil E. Hatch, the 232-page hard cover book “explores the lives and careers of hundreds of women engineers of all ages and backgrounds — extraordinary women who serve as role models to tell the untold story of engineering.”
The book is part of the Extraordinary Women Engineers Project, a collaborative effort of many to address the long-standing under-representation of women in the engineering profession.
The price is US $49.00, or $36.75 to ASCE members.
