Clearing the fog

The American Society of Civil Engineers is inviting public comments until April 1 on a revision to its standard for “Supercooled Fog Dispersal Projects.” The document, ASCE/EWRI 44-05 describes the standard practice for such projects and includes a technical section on characteristics for users who “may not have significant experience in weather modification science.” To participate, e-mail jneckel@asce.org
