Smith + Andersen has announced that Victoria Walsh, P.Eng., has joined the intelligent integrated systems team as a Sr. Associate in the firm’s Vancouver office.
Walsh brings more than 25 years of engineering experience, and her security engineering expertise has supported some of the largest and most complex projects in western and northern Canada.
Her security and integrated systems technology expertise and leadership has been a critical part of key projects in multiple market sector including secure environments, critical infrastructure, public transit, and health care facilities.

And Ed daSilva has joined as an associate at the firm’s Edmonton office.
With nearly 30 years of experience, da Silva’s expertise blends project management with design and development of mechanical building systems.
He has been a critical member of both consultant and construction teams on projects across western Canada, particularly work in the commercial, industrial, sports and recreation, government, and education market sectors.
