Mircom Group acquires Edmonton-based JNH Developments Ltd.

JNH and Mircom have had a longstanding association, working closely for over 15 years.
The Mircom Group of Companies has acquired JNH Developments Ltd.’s operations and will be integrating the business into the existing Mircom Edmonton office.
JNH and Mircom have had a longstanding association, and the acquisition expands Mircom’s service offering in the northern Alberta region.
Founded in 1985, JNH Developments Ltd. are specialists in life safety products and services and have developed long relationships with clients and have worked on projects spanning multiple verticals, including high-rise residential and commercial, government, marine and offshore, hospitality and education.
“Life safety is our top priority; we place extremely high value on ensuring buildings are up to code and compliant,” said Carol Hucal, principal, JNH Developments Ltd. in a media release. “We have been working closely with Mircom for over 15 years, and we are pleased to have them continue the legacy of JNH Developments Ltd.”
