Merger in B.C.

Dayton & Knight, a North Vancouver consulting engineering company that is best known for its water and wastewater expertise, has merged with Opus International Consultants.

Opus is a worldwide company with over 2,300 people, working in water and wastewater, but also transportation, buildings, and other infrastructure and asset management. Dayton & Knight has around 80 employees

Dayton & Knight’s president and chief executive, Sean Brophy, will stay on with the company and the company will maintain its current management structure. The name has changed to Opus DaytonKnight Consultants.
