At Delcan, Richard Telmosse has been promoted to Divisional Manager within the company’s Water Division in Ottawa. Telmossa joined Delcan in 2007 and has worked on infrastructure projects for both private and public sector clients, including the city of Ottawa Rideau Street renewal project and the University of Ottawa Open Air Stadium.

CBCL was awarded the Halifax Business of the Year Award by the Halifax Chamber of Commerce on January 24. President and CEO Michael R. MacDonald accepted the award in front of 500 local business leaders.

At Golder, Scott Bissessar has been appointed Global Leader for Change Management. He will oversee the development and delivery of change management services, including risk mitigation strategies and services. He is based in the Mississauga, Ontario office. Another appointment at Golder is Emmanuel Rodriguez as the new Global Chief Information Officer. Based in Redmond, Washington, Rodriguez will oversee the information systems, including the technical and architectural infrastructure needed for Golder’s strategic growth. Rodriguez is multi-lingual in English, French, Spanish, and Japanese.
