Canadian firms prominent in growth list

Two Canadian companies - exp. of Brampton, Ontario, and GENIVAR of Montreal -- were in the top 10 of the Zweig Letter 2011 Hot Firm List, which was published in September.

Two Canadian companies – exp. of Brampton, Ontario, and GENIVAR of Montreal — were in the top 10 of the Zweig Letter 2011 Hot Firm List, which was published in September.

The Hot Firm List, compiled yearly by the U.S. A/E/C management consultants ZweigWhite, recognizes architecture engineering, planning and environmental consulting firms that exhibit the fastest growth in the last three fiscal years. Rankings average percentage revenue growth and absolute dollar revenue growth during the period under review.

Exp was #2 and Genivar was #6 on the list. Other Canadian companies in the top 100 were: Stantec #12, MMM Group #14, Klohn Crippen Berger #42, Golder Associates #47, MTE Consultants #67, and R.J. Burnside & Associates  #75.

Companies with a large presence in Canada that were on the list, included Tetra Tech #29 and HDR #43.
